Awesome Sundays
On Sundays, kids join worship with their families for singing, prayer and a special message, then they're off to:
Fun, creative, and sometimes a bit loud, Sunday morning at Discovery offers creative, interactive Bible lessons to help kids know God's love, grow their faith, and make God-filled choices in their lives.
Loving care and play-time is provided in our nursery for children ages 2 and younger.

My son loved it! He couldn't wait to go back. It was the first time ever I didn't have to argue with him about going to church on Sunday morning."

At Faith Friends, we teach that God wants us to obey him and our parents, to love Jesus, and to love and show love to others. We talk to God in prayer and learn to how to show God's love by helping others. Bible stories and songs, simple verses, crafts and directed play help the Friends learn more about God and his love for us.
These Explorers dig deep to uncover the Bible's important truths and learn more about God's love and his promises, and how we should love him and love others. Kids learn that God is all-powerful, that he wants us to grow and become like Jesus, and that he's always with us, even when times are tough. Most importantly, we explore what it means to be in a relationship with Jesus. Music, skits, games, and interactive story-telling keep the pace of learning lively and fun.
Each week, we tackle the tough questions preteens are grappling with and look to the Bible for answers. Kids learn what it means to truly follow Jesus in an environment where they can ask questions and share experiences without feeling weird or guilty. Grapple features attention-grabbing discussions, fast-paced games and challenges, and life-changing Bible lessons.
In addition to Sunday mornings we also have special music programs, mission projects and fun outings and events which help kids build friendships in a Christian community and put their faith into action.
Vacation Bible School
Discovery Church offers VBS every July for children age pre-K through fourth grade. Cool and fun volunteer opportunities are available for kids in fifth grade and up. Online registration opens in late May.
